police chases, massive billboard jumps, and car-specific events. Players acquire Speed Points and level up as they race,
eventually earning the right to take on ten supercars driven by the Most Wanted Racers.
Microsoft Studios' popular and long-running racing series takes a sharp turn into the realm of open-world exploration as
gamers speed through the city streets, sweeping mountain highways, and backcountry roads of Colorado in Forza Horizon.
Reminiscent of Burnout Paradise and Test Drive Unlimited, players seamlessly travel from area to area, earning points in 32
different skill categories and winning colorful wristbands by taking part in drifting contests, point-to-point races, mixed-surface
rallies, and circuit racing, all in order to participate in the Horizon Championship.
Fans of four-wheel fury can hop behind the wheel of 20 different monster trucks and smash their way through five different
environments in Monster 4x4 3D. Players can guide souped-up hot rods, modified SUVs, and even tricked out ice-cream
trucks and school buses as they take on 15 missions and three boss challenges through highly destructible environments.
Each vehicle also features five parts that can be destroyed, but gamers can hide their damage thanks to 30 different skins

modern and classic. Each vehicle sports such details as working switchgears, visible engines, and damage effects like
blowouts. In the campaign mode, players will unlock tracks and cars throughout the brand's storied history. A total of 36
circuits are available, allowing players to test their driving prowess in an assortment of environments. Online racing is also
supported for up to eight drivers.
Like its predecessors on PlayStation 2 and PC, Suziki Super-bikes II: Riding Challenge for Nintendo DS aims at re-creating
the high-velocity thrills and challenges of the Isle of Man TT road race. More than three-dozen virtual Suzuki motorcycles are
available, in six size classes: 150cc, 250cc, 400cc, 600cc, 750cc, and 1000cc. Three licensed sidecars are available as well.
Users can choose from three handling modes, including an auto-braking Novice setting. Expert settings allow independent
control of front and rear brakes and rider weight-shifting, to give accomplished racers an opportunity to squeeze every last
split-second out of each turn.
Sony's futuristic racing series makes its PlayStation Vita debut with motion-sensing controls and support for up to eight
racers. Players can guide their sleek hovercraft by tilting the handheld and using both front and rear touch-controls. The
action takes place on ten all-new tracks as players compete simultaneously against seven rivals. Wipeout 2048 supports the
system's Crossplay feature, enabling handheld owners to challenge PlayStation 3 players as they attempt to move up the
online leaderboards.
ModNation Racers spins, shoots, and surges onto PlayStation Vita with a new career mode featuring over 20 tracks and
three new weapon classes. For those unfamiliar with the series, ModNation Racers is a lighthearted racing game in the
tradition of Mario Kart, but with the option to create custom courses with a built-in editor and share them with an online
community. With touch-screen enabled tools and design options, creating tracks is designed to be faster on the Vita. More
than 500,000 user-generated tracks can also be added to the game, allowing for new experiences each time you enter a
race.
In the same destroy-or-be-destroyed spirit as the best-selling games that bore the title before it, Twisted Metal for PlayStation
3 is a violent vehicular shooter, with arcade pacing and fighting-game styled rivalries. Players choose from more than a dozen
vehicles, with different balances of speed, handling, and durability, and each heavily armed with a distinct mix of missiles,
machine guns, and (often darkly humorous) mascot special attacks.
Gran Turismo 5XL is an upgraded version of 2010s Gran Turismo 5 that adds in a wide range of downloadable content and
updates that have been added to the game since its original release. The extras provide players with many more cars, game

high-octane steel-smashing action in Bigfoot: King of Crush. Players can race in Light, Pro-Stock, and Pro-Modified monster
trucks, collecting power-ups as their 4x4s plow through courses specifically designed for each racing class.
