CD Projekt’s fantasy RPG returns with a massive open world and fierce new protagonists capable of destroying whole
settlements in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Gamers once again take control of Geralt of Rivia, a professional monster hunter
with supernatural powers, and one of the last remaining witchers in the world. The titular Wild Hunt refers to a mysterious
group of deathly riders who are thought to steal people’s spirits, incorporate the ill-gotten souls into their undead army, and
then lay waste to large swaths of land. Only Geralt can halt their deadly progress.
Gamers with a fondness for agriculture and animal husbandry can keep their hands clean as they live the life of a modern
farmer in Farming Simulator 15. Players can use more than 100 vehicles and tools as they take on a variety of missions,
including new woodcutting activities. There are more than 40 licensed vehicle brands, including tractors from Case IH and
New Holland, and when gamers are done planting, cultivating, and harvesting their crops, they can tend to their chickens,
cows, and sheep.
Fans of auto racing can climb behind the wheel of more than 60 different vehicles and speed around more than 50 courses
in Project Cars. Designed to offer a realistic simulation, Project Cars immediately grants players access to every track and
vehicle, including road cars, retro touring cars, Le Mans prototypes, supercars, and even karts. In the Career mode gamers
can create a driver, pick a particular brand of racing, and attempt to build a Hall-of-Fame career that finds them moving into
other disciplines, earning endorsements, and getting signed to special race invites.
Omega Quintet mixes elements of traditional RPGs with pop-idol simulations as gamers control Verse Maidens who use
music and dancing to fight evil. The world has been overrun by a malevolent phenomenon known as Blare, which has slowly
eaten away the minds of most of humanity and left only a few thousand people alive in a lone city. The Maidens are the only
beings capable of combating the Blare, using songs and dances to defeat monsters in turn-based battles. Gamers take on
the role of Takt, who serves as a bodyguard and manager and can head into battle with five Maidens at his side.
The iconic fighting franchise returns with connected gameplay, three versions of each character, and classically brutal
combat in Mortal Kombat X. Story mode begins at the conclusion of the previous Mortal Kombat title and extends 25 years into
the future, letting gamers control a variety of new fighters, as well as aging veterans and their progeny. Each of the character
variations offers new special moves and Fatalities, and the game resurrects the sprint gauge as well as Brutality finishing
moves. Multiplayer fans can try a variety of modes, including the new Faction Wars.
Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V. Players take on the roles of Michael, a retired bank robber dealing with his dysfunctional
family, Franklin, a repo man trying to avoid the pitfalls of inner-city life, and Trevor, a psychopathic, drug-addled hillbilly who
lives alone in the desert. The main storyline finds all three characters working together to perform a series of increasingly

The first Call of Duty title developed primarily by Sledgehammer Games, Advanced Warfare moves the action into the near
future when countries farm out wars to Private Military Corporations (PMCs) and soldiers are outfitted with exoskeletons that
give them superhuman abilities. While the FPS mechanics of the game stay true to the series, this new breed of stronger,
faster soldier can jump higher, grapple onto surfaces, and even activate cloaking abilities, adding a new element of
verticality and defense to both the single-player campaign and the series’ signature multiplayer modes.
Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin
From Software’s critically acclaimed action RPG series debuts on PS4 with the full version of Dark Souls II and three DLC
packs. In Scholar of the First Sin players can take on the Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of
the Ivory King expansions, each offering new areas to explore, new items to acquire, and new enemies and bosses to battle.
The game also offers more NPCs, expanded item descriptions, improved game balance and online matchmaking, upgraded
visuals and sound, and online multiplayer sessions for up to six.
Toukiden: Kiwami Playstation 4
Toukiden: Kiwami is a supercharged version of the Toukiden: The Age of Demons, which found gamers joining up to three
friends and battling massive creatures. The Monster Hunter-like hack-and-slash action is set in a fantasy world based on
historical periods in Japan, and players begin as a new recruit in the Slayers, an organization bound to protect the world
from the demonic Oni. The Oni can regenerate limbs, so they must be destroyed in a relentless, systematic manner using
the Ritual of Purification. Defeated Oni release the souls of ancient fallen heroes known as Mitama.
The Ultimate Action Triple Pack bundles together Just Cause 2, Sleeping Dogs, and Tomb Raider. In Just Cause 2 players
fight against cartels and corruption in an open world jungle environment. Go undercover in Hong Kong as officer Wei Shen
aims to take down the Triad’s criminal empire in Sleeping Dogs. Tomb Raider reboots the hit series and explores the origins
of Lara Croft as she fights to survive when her and her friend’s lives are threatened on an isolated tropical island.
The Ultimate Stealth Triple Pack bundles together Thief, Hitman: Absolution, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution. In Thief players
control the skilled Garrett as he maneuvers through a dystopian city, swiping treasures and taking down bad guys. Agent 47
has been betrayed by the Agency and must avoid police while eliminating those that wish to see him dead in Hitman:
Absolution. The augmented Adam Jensen can use either stealth or brute force as he searches for the truth in the futuristic
Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Gamers engage in brutal combat against hordes of twisted monsters and explore the ancient gothic city of Yharnam in
Bloodborne. From the developer of the Dark Souls series, Bloodborne offers the same sort of foreboding atmosphere, hellish
monsters, and distinct multiplayer experience, but with faster-paced action. Other features that separate Bloodborne from its
Souls ancestry include the Regain system, which lets players regain HP if they counter-attack shortly after taking damage, and
the procedurally generated Chalice Dungeons, which can be played alone or with friends.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection
The Handsome Collection is a compilation offering PS4 gamers the chance to play updated versions of both Borderlands 2
and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! The package includes all announced DLC for both games, and multiplayer fans can now
enjoy four-player split-screen action for the first time in the series. Gamers who played either title on PS3 or Vita can also
import their progress and badass rank to the PlayStation 4.
Nintendo’s long-running party series debuts on Wii U with more than 70 mini-games, amiibo support, and the ability to
control Bowser in Mario Party 10. As always, as many as four gamers can take control of iconic Nintendo characters to
compete in mini-games and make their way around a variety of game boards, but the new Bowser Party mode lets a fifth
gamer get in on the action. Players use the GamePad in a variety of ways to control Bowser and wreak havoc on other
competitors as they try to advance around the game boards.
Fossil Fighters: Frontier Nintendo 3DS
The third title in the Fossil Fighters series, Frontier is the first to allow players to get into their vehicles and explore the
environment in search of fossils. While buggies vary in speed and cargo room, they all include a radar blast to help locate
fossils. Once fossils are unearthed and transported users will need to skillfully clean them with the stylus to bring a Vivosaur
to life in top fighting form. Online play allows up to three players to work as a team in locating and excavating fossils, as well
as enter stadiums for up to two teams of three to battle one another.
EA’s long-running first-person shooter franchise leaves the world of soldiers and war in favor of cops, robbers, and urban
combat in Battlefield Hardline. In the single-player campaign gamers guide new detective Nick Mendoza on an episodic
crime drama set in the streets of Miami and Los Angeles, and the choices they make can drastically affect future events.
Multiplayer fans can take on a number of different modes as a police officer or a criminal, using more than 30 new gadgets,
weapons, and vehicles to do battle across nine large maps designed for speed and destruction.
Capcom’s iconic survival horror series continues with Resident Evil Revelations 2, a collection of four previously released
episodes. The game stars former series protagonist and Raccoon City survivor Claire Redfield, now working for the
anti-terrorism group TerraSave. One day Clair and her coworker Moira are knocked unconscious and taken to an abandoned
prison on a mysterious, monster-filled island. Meanwhile, Moira’s dad, series veteran Barry Burton, travels to the island to
rescue his daughter, only to befriends another young girl named Natalia.
Gamers serve as a mercenary and control squads of soldiers as they battle through a fictionalized version of the Hundred
Years’ War in Bladestorm: Nightmare. Players can freely switch between the French and British sides of the conflict,
controlling a variety of different troop types, and interacting with heroes like Joan of Arc and Edward the Black Prince along the
way. A tavern serves as the base of operations where gamers can hire special soldiers and purchase new equipment, and
once they head into battle they can command as many as four different squads simultaneously.
Sniper Elite III: Ultimate Edition
Rebellion’s stealth shooter series returns with a new focus on open gameplay and all the gruesome slow-motion kills
gamers expect in Sniper Elite III. Players once again take on the role of American OSS agent Karl Fairburne as he heads to
the rocky desert landscapes of North Africa during WWII to battle the Nazis and prevent them from building a super weapon.
The varied terrain and expansive environments give gamers the freedom to plan their missions, plot their escape routes,
and kill their targets in a variety of ways, including long-range, short-range, and melee assaults.

Gamers earn ratings for screams, nausea, and intensity as they design, ride, and even destroy their own roller coasters in
ScreamRide. The action is set in a futuristic test park, and players can take part in the campaign or just do their own thing in
the sandbox mode. There are three jobs in the campaign, with Screamrider serving as something of a racing game,
Demolition Expert challenging gamers to destroy coasters and surrounding buildings, and the Engineer mode tasking them
with completing coaster construction objectives. Xbox One users can also design and share custom challenges.
Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires once again puts players in control of historical figures from China’s Three Kingdoms time
period. All of the characters from Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends are included along with one new member, Xun Yu.
Characters can once again marry with a new feature allowing them to have children who inherit their stats and likeness.
Dynasty Warriors 7: Empires’ stratagems have been enhanced, as well, adding more strategy and the ability to construct
“Instant Bases” in open land areas. The time of day and weather can also impact the flow of battles.
Team Ninja’s titillating fighting series debuts on PS4 with new characters and stages, and all released DLC in Dead or Alive
5 Last Round. Gamers can now choose from 34 characters, including the new additions Honoka and Raidou, and battle in
26 different arenas, including the return of the classic Crimson and Danger Zone stages. Characters also have new
costumes and hairstyles, the graphics have been upgraded, and the included DLC offers more than 20 alternate costume
sets.
A shooter from the developers of the acclaimed Left 4 Dead series, Evolve finds up to four gamers joining forces to take
down massive, player-controlled monsters. Set in the distant future on the planet Shear, where vicious aliens have begun to
demolish once prosperous colonies, Evolve lets gamers choose from four character classes and then coordinate and
execute attacks, or take control of different monsters and try to destroy the hunters. Though optimized for multiplayer action,
Evolve also includes a solo mode, with AI controlling the remaining participants.
